Custom Gaming PC Build (2026)
Built a custom gaming PC for a client. Featuring a water cooled CPU, appropriate air flow directions from fans to prevent dust build up and possible overheating, and cable management.
Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade
The clients laptop was running horribly slow, despite only being a year old.
Computer Repair from liquid spilled in tower
Customer mentioned that their computer would no longer display anything after spilling liquid (can of pop) off their desk and into the top of their computer.

Do you come to me?
Yes. I do on-site visits around Calgary, or you can drop off. A lot of software problems can be fixed remotely too.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the problem. I'll always tell you the cost before doing any work, and if it isn't worth fixing I'll say so.
Will I lose my files?
I back up your files before any work that could touch them. If your drive is failing, data recovery comes first.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Small offices, shops and home businesses: networks, email, websites, backups and ongoing support.
Where do you offer computer repair and IT support?
Calgary and the surrounding communities: Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks and nearby. I come to you, you can drop off in southeast Calgary, and a lot of problems can be fixed remotely from anywhere in Alberta.
Do you offer website hosting in Calgary?
Yes. BDT Hosting is managed website and business email hosting run by me here in Calgary. You get a person to call, free migration from your old host, daily backups and no contracts on monthly plans.
Can you fix a computer remotely?
Often, yes. Slow computers, virus cleanups, email problems, printer and software issues can usually be sorted over a secure remote session while you watch. If it turns out to be hardware, I will say so and we arrange an on-site visit or drop-off.
Do you help seniors and people who are not "techy"?
Very much so. I explain things in plain English, go at your pace and leave simple notes so you are not left guessing.
