What I fix

• Slow computers: usually an old hard drive, too little memory or junk running at startup. An SSD upgrade often makes a 7-year-old machine feel new.
• Viruses, pop-ups and scams: malware removal, browser clean-up, and a check that your accounts are safe.
• Hardware problems: failing drives, bad RAM, overheating, broken ports, worn-out batteries, power issues.
• Windows problems: won't boot, stuck updates, blue screens, reinstalls that keep your files.
• Data recovery and new computer setup: moving everything from the old machine to the new one, including email, photos and passwords.
• Custom PC builds: gaming, editing and workstation builds, with parts picked for what you actually do.

How it works

1. Tell me what's happening. Call, chat or open a support ticket.
2. Diagnosis and a clear quote. I tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts. If it isn't worth fixing, I'll say so.
3. Fixed and explained. Drop-off or on-site. Your files are backed up before anything risky, and I explain what I did.

Your privacy

I only access what I need to for the repair. Your files stay yours, and any temporary copies are deleted when the job is done.
