Remote Tech Support in Calgary

Many computer problems don't need a visit. With a secure remote session I can fix software problems, clean up viruses, sort out email and printers, and walk you through settings while you watch your own screen.

What remote support is good for

How it works

1. You call or message me and describe the problem.
2. I give you a simple code to enter in Windows Quick Assist (or a similar built-in tool). Full steps are on the support page.
3. You stay in control: you can see everything I do and end the session at any time.
4. I fix it, explain what I did and make sure it stays fixed.

Remote help is available across Calgary, Alberta and the rest of Canada. If it turns out to be a hardware problem, I will tell you and we arrange a visit or drop-off.
