Hi, I'm Brad.
20 years in IT, now helping Calgary homes and small businesses.
My story
Fixing the problem, and explaining it.
I've loved technology since I was a kid. That curiosity led to a Computer Information Systems degree, where I got a solid grounding in networking, software development and systems analysis.
Since then I've spent 20 years working in IT: general IT support, website development, enterprise architecture, networking support and, eventually, management. I've seen technology from the help desk all the way up to the boardroom.
Growing up playing sports and studying business alongside the tech taught me something I use every day: how to explain things clearly. I turn technical jargon into simple terms, so you understand what's wrong, what I'm doing about it and how to avoid it next time.
I love solving the problem. I like it even more when you walk away knowing a little more than when I arrived.
