Wifi Relocation and network upgrades
Client wanted to move their modem/wireless router combo out of the basement and onto the main floor, as well as run a few cables through the house for a more stable work from home setup
After looking at the wiring, a switch was put in place to enable all cables to work in the whole home, we also ran a cable to another finished room in the basement that was not previously wired. We also relocated the wireless modem/router device to their main floor open area. The network saw improvements immediately and we were able to clean up a bit of a cable mess in the process.
